Labor & Employment Associate Attorney

A prestigious law firm is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney with 3+ years of solid experience in employment law. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills and, ideally, some transactional experience, such as drafting handbooks and employment-related agreements.

Responsibilities:

• Handle employment law litigation matters.
• Draft and review employment-related documents, including agreements and handbooks.
• Provide legal advice to clients on employment-related issues.
• Conduct legal research and prepare documents for court proceedings.

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE:

• 3+ years of employment law experience.
• Licensed to practice in California.

• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Transactional experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation: $185k-$215k
