Key Responsibilities:
- Managerial Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers, supporting their growth and development.
- Technical Leadership: Coordinate with program and department managers, design and project teams, and construction managers.
- Business Development: Drive the business development of clean energy projects in the region.
Specific Duties:
- Recruit and support the growth of the mechanical, electrical, and energy engineering teams.
- Provide mentorship to the regional clean energy engineering team.
- Conduct preliminary systems assessments and high-level project strategy development.
- Perform field investigations and condition assessments of existing systems.
- Assist in the development of project proposals and preparation.
- Develop a basis of design scopes of work, schematics, and P&ID drawings.
- Create implementation plans and schedules.
- Write reports and present findings to clients.
- Support engineering projects throughout the design and construction phases.
Skills/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering.
- PE license preferred.
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or other industry-related certifications are a plus.
- Expertise in multiple technical areas of Mechanical, Electrical, and Energy Engineering.
- Capable of performing QA/QC on assigned tasks and projects.
- Experience in developing MEP and energy projects.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with internal staff and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with AutoCAD/Revit software is a plus.
- Experience with building modeling software is a plus.

Pay: $135,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
